Well I'm back from vacation, I've been back a couple weeks now but I've been being lazy. Vacations are a lot of work lol. We went to disneyworld, before we left we made a bunch of character dinner reservations so the kids got to meet a ton of characters and stuff. had dinner up in the castle at cinderella's royal table, I looked at what it would have cost if we didn't have a dining plan and holy crap it was like $250 a plate, thats $1,000 for all of us which would have totally sucked if we'd have had to pay it, the food wasn;t even very good. couple days later we went to a buffet that was $10 a person and that was some of the best stuff I've ever had.
I lost a hat down there and they contacted me telling me they found it and asked if I wanted them to mail it to me free of charge. I told them no hang on to it and I'll come back for it in a couple years, they asked which resort I'd be staying at and I told em so they sent it to that resort to sit in storage until I come back lol. I can;t wait to find out if its actually there when I get there, its not a super special hat or nothin so I'm not worried about it.
I looked into how to bind a hardcover book yourself and printed off
The Loose Canon and bound it. so now I have my own physical book to carry around, which is nice. all that reading on a computer screen really screws with my eyes so I'm loving having it all on paper. I may eventually post a tutorial on book binding, its pretty simple stuff but I had a hell of a time finding it.
Now that we're back and spring is here its time to start tearing apart the house disassembling furniture and rebuilding it better, then throwing it away and buying new furniture. gotta tear up my garden and put some gravel under it, it wasn't draining very well last year. and I wanna rebuild my fence out back, its not as sturdy as I'd like it to be, but it works so its not high up my to do list. I'm sure there's more I need to do but I can't remember most of it right now.
